Competent Health and Safety Person Service

All UK businesses are legally required to have access to "competent" health and safety advice (as stipulated in the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999). This can be either from within the organisation, or via external health and safety consultants.

Whichever route you choose, Phoenix Health and Safety can help:

1. If you decide to provide the competent health and safety advice internally, we can provide adequate training e.g. the IOSH Managing Safely course, or a NEBOSH Certificate course.
2. If you decide to use external help, we offer full "competent health and safety person" support contracts.
